Abstract
The method according to the present invention is characterized in that polysaccharides are extracted from Glychyrrhiza roots with hot water at a temperature higher than 100°C and lower than 120°C under pressure. The method according to the present invention is characterized in that the polysaccharides are extracted from the Glychyrrhiza root, which extracts polysaccharides with molecular weight of 10,000 or more. The method according to the present invention is characterized in that the polysaccharides are extracted from the above-mentioned Glychyrrhiza root which is performed in a sealed state. The method according to the present invention is characterized in that the polysaccharides are extracted in the range of 0.1 MPa to 0.18 MPa.
