Our reception of the award was announced at the prefectural governor’s press conference of Chiba held on January 28th.
The “Gender Equality Office of Chiba” is an office that promotes gender equality by supporting work-life balance of women, diversifying women’s job field, and more.
Our work towards flexible hours for female workers with children and increasing employment of women have been acknowledged by the Chiba Office.
We are honoured to be the recipient of such an award, and will continuously make improvements to our workplace.
